服用气管扩张药不可哺乳那把吃药时间错开就可以哺乳了吗？

服药后四小时可以餵了

Theophylline类的扩张剂会刺激神经中枢,故不要选择吸收快的液剂台湾大人吃的都是缓释型的剂型,且在新生儿的某些疾病也会给予类似的药物,故婴儿可以接触,且量服药后四小时母乳中含量不高,故可以吃类固醇也一样

Theophyline (pp 429-430)

Theophyllline is excreted into breast milkHowever, one infant became irritable after a rapidly absorbed oral solution of aminophylline taken by the mother Because very young infants may be more sensitive to levels which would be nontoxic in older infants, less rapidly absorbed theophylline preparations may be advisable for nursing mothers

Prednisone (p 367)

For maternal doses of 20 mg once or twice daily, the authors concluded that the nursing infant would be exposed to minimal amounts of steroid At higher doses, they reco妹妹ended waiting at least 4 hours after a dose before nursing was performed However, even at 80 mg/day, the nursing infant would infest < 01% of the dose, which corresponds to <10% of the infant's endogenous cortisol production

Althous nursing infants were not involved in either study, it is doubtful if there amounts are clinically significant The american Academy of Pediatrics considers prednisone and prednisolone compatible with breast-feeding

上个月我也是气喘发作

挂急诊医生有开支气管扩张剂

也是建议暂时不要餵母乳

但过几天我再看门诊

医生却说现在的药都ok 推翻急诊医生不能餵母乳的说法

唉 稿得我一头雾水

原先也是没餵还託娘家妈妈顾2个晚上 人仰马翻罗

因为跟你宝宝一样 不爱奶瓶

后来医生说可以餵 就餵了
